Magnificent 40ft x 20ft indoor heated swimming pool (depth 9ft to 3ft). The pool is heated to 30 degrees all year round. Has a paved surround with seating areas and an exercise bike. Large sliding doors open to a patio area overlooking the grounds.

The Conservatory
Attached to the lounge the stone tiled conservatory provides luxurious and comfortable seating. It's a quieter area to sit in the sun and has an overhead fan for those really hot days.

The Hallway
The tiled porch opens into the wide hallway with feature arch. Broad stairs lead up to the landing. The lounge is to the left, the dining room to the right. The kitchen is further down the hall on the right. A ground floor bedroom – The Blue Room – is at the end of the hall and to the left. The under-stairs cupboard is filled with children's toys!

At the top of the stairs the Green Room is on the left and the large family bathroom is on the right. The Master with en-suite is to the right of the picture. The Twin Room is immediately behind. The Oak King is behind and left. The Oak Twin is to the left. The 'Secret Stairs' leading up to the second floor are also to the left (but they're secret so you can't see them!)

Saunton Beach
Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde are fantastic sandy beaches within a few miles of Bicclescombe Grange. Perfect for a relaxing day in the sun or a splash in the sea. All are also well regarded for surfing. Sea, surf and sand not enough? Try Lee, just West of Ilfracombe. A beautiful village and lovely bay, with some sand, rock pools and delightful cliff-top walks.
